Cancellation Policy

Hello! I am Alexia! I am a Tallahassee based nail artist specializing in sculpted acrylic nails. I specialize in acrylic application and custom press-ons but I can cater to all styles 💗 Appointments must be booked online. A deposit is required to book. Deposits are deducted from your final total. Deposits are nonrefundable but transferrable with proper notice. If you are in need to reschedule, deposits can be moved once, otherwise an additional deposit is required. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, a $20 fee will be added to the final balance. Late arrivals may result in reduced service times. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled in the previously agreed time period, no late fee will be assessed. Habitual no-shows will result in being banned from booking. We accept: Cash, Debit/Credit, (if on file for the appointment) and Zelle. Payment is due at the completion of the appointment. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you let us know before leaving the facility or within 24 hours so that you can have your services corrected free of charge. For safety, only clients that are receiving services are allowed in service areas. Children must be supervised at all times as we are not responsible for unattended minors. Photos may be taken before/after services, but clients are free to opt out of photography. Please do not record staff without consent. Mask are not required but recommended! If you are a first time client, please remove remove your current acrylic. Retail products can be exchanged within 48 hours if unused/unopened. Open products cannot be returned. If a product is damaged or incorrect, customer must notify within 48 hours with photo evidence. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Products are made with natural ingredients but may contain allergens, (e.g. tree nuts) so please review ingredients carefully before purchase. Products are best used within 6-12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. *If ordering body butter in the summer, your product may arrive melted. Once received, place in refrigerator until solid. Melting should not disrupt the quality of the product. Policies may be updated at any time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by all Naughty Naudi Nail Bar policies.
