Please message if you have any concerns about what size to get. Take a picture of your nails with a coin of your choice and you can send that picture in order to help determine what size fits best.

If your able you can also measure the widest part of your natural nail. Record width in millimeters. Between sizes? Size up.

Application Tips:

*Start with clean, dry nails.

*Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surfaces.

*Wipe nails with alcohol to remove oils.

*Apply glue evenly (avoid over-applying)

*Press and hold for 20-30 seconds.

Avoid water, lotion, or oils for at least an hour after application.

Cleaning Instructions:

* Avoid prolonged water exposure, wear gloves when washing dishes or cleaning.

* Avoid using nails as tools.

To Remove:

* Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes. Gently lift from the side using a cuticle stick.

Never force removal - resoak if needed.

Cleaning After Removal:

* Remove leftover glue from the back of the press-on using a file or buffer.

* Wipe with alcohol to disinfect.

*Store back in original packaging to maintain shape.

Handle with care to preserve shine, shape, and design.

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used nails.

We may accept returns only if: 

*The item is unused and unopened.

*The return is requested within 48 hours of delivery.

*The item is in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: 

We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, if you recieved:

* A damaged item.

* The wrong size or design.

* A missing item.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

* Your order number.

* Clear photos of the issue.

* Packaging photos. (if damaged during transit) 

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Sizing Responsibility:

Shipping Policy applies to all retail product purchases made through our website.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped as well as a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to 

* Incorrect address

*Failed delivery attempt

*Refusal of package

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees. 

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping times and during high-volume periods processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping typically take 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

If local you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring an ID and confirmation email. Orders not picked up within 10 days may be canceled and refunded.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

* Check with neighbors or household members.

* Contact carrier directly.

* Notify us so we can assist in filing a claim if necessary.

International shipping fees consist of custom fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the purchase price. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to custom processing.
