While we do not offer returns, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. If you experience an issue with your order - such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item - please contact us within *2 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund review; email us at lekameleonart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, funds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and approval and an additional 3-10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error, damaged merchandise, or incorrect item shipment.

Orders may only be cancelled before processing and shipping. Once it is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.

Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. We do not offer exchanges for customer preference, fragrance selection, or product incompatibility.

Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days and are only processed on business days, not including holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping charges for your order will be caluclated at checkout. We currently offer standard and expedited shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside this area and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us!

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly and completely including the suite or apartment number. Unfortunately, addresses cannot be changed nor an order rerouted once a label has been created.
