While we do not offer returns, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. If you experience an issue with your order - such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item - please contact us within *3 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING INFO
Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days and are only processed on business days, not including holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping charges for your order will be caluclated at checkout. We currently offer standard and expedited shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside this area and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us!
Please make sure that you enter your address correctly and completely including the suite or apartment number. Unfortunately, addresses cannot be changed nor an order rerouted once a label has been created.
Body butter is sensitive to warm or hot temperatures. If you are not available to receive your product upon delivery and it melts due to extreme temperatures, simply resolidify by refrigerating. Softening does not affect its benefits for the skin.
